金十数据5月15日讯，A股指数早间探底回升，午后震荡回落。截至收盘，沪指跌1.02%，深证成指跌1.17%，创业板指跌0.56%。沪深两市成交额3.34万亿，较上一个交易日缩量178亿。盘面上，全市场超1800只个股上涨。机器人概念逆势走强，三丰智能20%涨停，雷赛智能等涨停；氟化工概念全天强势，中巨芯20%涨停，滨化股份、多氟多、中欣氟材涨停。此外，汽车零部件、工程机械、传媒、影视院线、减速器、工业母机概念等板块涨幅居前；贵金属、玻璃玻纤、工业金属、有色金属、光伏设备、小金属、白酒、航运港口、培育钻石概念等板块跌幅居前。

《药品试验数据保护实施办法》今起实施 创新药试验数据“护身符”最长有效期六年
金十数据5月15日讯，今天（5月15日），新修订的《药品管理法实施条例》正式施行。这是条例实施二十多年来，首次全面修订。国家药监局表示，条例修订后从以药品生产经营企业的管理为中心转变为以药品上市许可持有人为中心，强化药品全生命周期全过程严格监管。国家药监局表示，自药品注册之日起：对创新药和原研药品的试验数据给予6年的保护期；对改良型新药的试验数据给予4年的保护期；对首仿药品的试验数据给予3年的保护期。在数据保护期内，其他申请人未经持有人同意，依赖受保护的数据申请药品上市许可的，国家药监局不受理不许可。
